Oil and water well with pressure operation device

BYJ18-21/35 oil and water wellwith pressure operaion device belongs to the light hydraulic auxiliary type with pressure operation device
can work with regular XJ250 workover rig or wheel type workover rig. The device including power pat and wellhead operation part, and the
power part is skid structure. lt is main including power system, hydraulic station and long distance control system; Welhead operation part
consists of sting seaing system, lifing hydrauic cylinder, clamping system, balance pressure relief system, work platform, connecing plate
and the driller's control platform, and ladder, escaping slide, tubing ramps, level adiuster device and other ancilary components; Power part
and wellhead operation part are designed separately easy to achieve installation and transportation.

1.The wellhead BOP combination can reach the requirements of with pressure operation, after take out allthe tubing pipes in the well, can
use blind ram to sealing the welhead.
2.Equipped with triplex ram BOP, when the pressure in the wel rising or the with pressure operation device need to repair, can use half
sealing ram of triplex ram BOP closed the annular space between casing and tubing; in the process of operation. the wel's mouth out of
control, can cut tubing to seal the well.
3. In the process of operation can with pressure on the downhole tools and force through tubing coupling;
4. In the situation of sealing the well, can through welhead cross to do simple choke and blowout preventing, ki, flushing and other special
operations.
